Service Description
A Turnkey 3-Hour Experience (Maximum 30 Participants) Treat your team to an immersive 3-hour experience in our Beyond Fun Griffintown event venue, exclusively reserved for your group. Your package includes 90 minutes of team building, with the opportunity to choose one of our four signature experiences, each thoughtfully designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and engagement. Whether you're looking to tackle strategic challenges, spark creativity, or simply enjoy quality time together, you'll find an experience that's perfectly suited to your team. You'll also enjoy exclusive access to our venue before or after your activity, giving your group the opportunity to connect, celebrate, or unwind in a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're planning an informal meeting, cocktail reception, networking session, or simply want extra time together, our flexible space is designed to deliver a complete and memorable event experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Beyond Fun Griffintown Booking - A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and full payment. - Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. - All reservations must be paid in full prior to the event date. - Venue access and services will not be provided until full payment has been received. Changes - Reservation changes may be accommodated based on Beyond Fun Griffintown's availability. - All change requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling - All payments are non-refundable. - With a minimum of 72 hours' notice, the amount paid may be transferred as a credit toward a future reservation, subject to availability. - No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event. Number of Participants - The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 14 business days before the event. - Additional charges may apply for extra participants, subject to venue capacity. Food & Beverages - Catering services are provided exclusively through our catering partner. - Any special requests must be approved in advance by Beyond Fun Griffintown. - Alcohol consumption must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Venue Use - The client is responsible for the proper use of the venue and its facilities throughout the rental period. - Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment may be charged to the client. Additional Rental Time - Additional rental time is subject to availability and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate. Liability - Beyond Fun Griffintown is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen personal belongings during the event. Force Majeure -Beyond Fun Griffintown reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major equipment failures, government orders, or other force majeure events. In such cases, payments made will be transferred to a future event date, subject to availability.
